- Do I have to register to browse products?
You may visit Template Sell site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our themes or templates you will be required to register for an account. While creating an account we will ask some info, for eg. your name and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit more information to our third party payment processors.
- What information I have to provide to buy a product?
If you wish to purchase any product you will also required to submit more information to third party payment processors and to confirm your identity and other personal details. The information given must be correct and complete and you can even use any payment methods. you may be asked some questions relevant to your purchase.
- How can I purchase a Theme?
Simply click in the theme after that you will redirect to theme details page on right sidebar you will see purchase button click on the "Purchase " button.
- How fast will I get purchased template?
It should be downloaded immediately after successful purchase.
- Can Template Sell cancel my order?
Template Sell reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction is done.The order refuse will also include reasons like product availability, error in description or price of the product, error in order or any other reason. The order cancellation will be inform to the buyer.
- What can I do with downloaded template?
You can use the template for own personal or a client website.
- Can I sell or share not mine template/theme on Template Sell ?
You cannot include the purchased template distributed for free or convert to a CMS theme to sell for free.
- Do I need to buy a template for each site?
1 License is for 1 website and 1 website is for 1 end product, but as long as it's all on the same domain, a single license is fine.
- Can I have a refund if I accidentally purchased something?
We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem with the product purchased and the seller is unable to help resolve the matter, or if there was a miss-presentation in the product's description.
- I have purchased a template but I didn't get any message
Check that the email address associated with your account is correct. And sometimes email servers and clients may incorrectly mark an email as 'spam' or 'junk mail'.So check if the email is delivered in 'Spam' or 'offers' post folder.
- How can I get support for a Theme I purchased?
Contact Template Sell and we will contact the seller on your behalf and forward your request.
- What if the purchased template is not working?
It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between an item that is broken verses an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the item is not working.
Note also, that HTML5 templates cannot be loaded into CMS as a their themes. If simple checking’s is not helping, you will be able to contact with product seller (developer).
