There are various ways to change the password on your website. In this blog post here I am going to share the simple and basic steps to change your password on your WordPress website via Admin Panel.
Here are the steps you need to follow to change the password.
- Login to your WordPress website. ( www.example.com/wp-admin )
- Check Users on Admin panel and then Your Profile ( As shown above image )
- Scroll to the Account Management Section
- Click on generate password
- You can Set that generated password or change your required password.
- If your password is weak you need to check Confirm use of weak password section.
- Click on Update Profile to save the password.
Now your password is changed successfully.
